In 1889,  “ENOGUYA” store has started the business.​
In 1948, Capital stock reach 50,000 and was established as a company, ​

name “ITABASHI SHOTEN CO., LTD.” run a business about Industrial paints, chemicals.​
In 1967, Capital stock increased to 4 million yen, started business on industrial plating materials. ​

Enhance paints and fire extinguisher equipment department.​
In 1977, Received a construction license for painting, waterproof, fire extinguishing,, facility work.
In 1989, Change the name from “ITABASHI SHOTEN CO., LTD. ” to “ITATSU CO., LTD.”​
In 2001, Opened Interior & Quilt shop call “RENGA” on the 1st floor of head office.​
In 2005, Opened an office for the foreign market in Manila – Philippines.​
In 2008, “ITATSU (THAILAND) CO., LTD.” has established.​
In 2011, “PT ITATSU INDONESIA” has established​
In 2012, “ITATSU TRADING (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD” has established.​
In 2018, “ITATSU VIETNAM CO., LTD.” has established.
